Known for her interpretations of exquisitely crafted folk songs and dynamic musical arrangements, Kaela is joined by her band – James Mackintosh (Shooglenifty, String Sisters, Grit Orchestra) and Ewan MacPherson (Shooglenifty, Salt House, Fetch).
Fresh from the launch of Kaela’s acclaimed album, The Fruited Thorn (***** fRoots – see below), the Kaela Rowan Band will showcase their contemporary arrangements of the ancient and modern ballads featured on the new release, and some old favourites from her 2014 recording Menagerie.
